Ryan: P.S. I just was prompted to notice how your Oct. 3 post was given Earthboppin ID 27333 that ends in 333 - the Angel number symbolizing ascended masters, especially Jesus Christ, but also dovetailing with Master Gurdjieff. You KNOW how I don't believe in accidents, and neither did George Gurdjieff. When the Angels and Holy Spirit first started prompting me with "the numbers" back in 2006-2007, after the 1111 Angelic ONEness number, my first three-digit prompt was 333. Subject: What about "Meetings With Remarkable Men" the movie?
Howdy Ryan:  I have "Meetings With Remarkable Men: Gurdjieff's Search For Hidden Knowledge" the movie on DVD. I bought it about ten years ago. At the time it was a very rare item. The only copy I could find anywhere. The film begins with wild, snarling dogs and ends at a mountain- top Sufi temple featuring whirling dervishes. Dogs and Dervishes. On my wall I also have an original oil painting of an elder Sufi mystic with long white beard and blue turban. My dad is an artist and one of his artist friends in Richmond, VA painted it back in the early 1950s. I inherited the oil after my dad's accidental brain injury and mom's "passing."  FYI: Gurdjieff pronounced his name Gur-Jeff. When I learned this about then years ago I was surprised, figuring that "jieff" probably had an "E" sound like the vowel "i." But no, it sounds like Jeff - my father's and my name which is short for Jefferson. Gurdjieff also had a beloved black & white "tuxedo" cat who was very similar in appearance to my wonderful cat Nancy, a rare tuxedo-Manx (bobtail) who I named after my late mom. The tuxedo and Manx breeds are said to be the brightest of all cats, and Nancy exemplifies this. Nancy chose me to be her human by repeatedly tapping on the glass enclosure and meowing at me during a visit to PetSmart in 2018. I rushed back the next day and adopted her. Unlike our other cats, Nancy is a nightowl like me and she'll hang out with me in the office until the wee hours of the morning.  Gurdjieff and his tuxedo cat (right)  My tuxedo-Manx Nancy Gurdjieff also was born on 1-13 that synchronizes with 113, a very important number connected to Jesus, Angels and ETs (aliens). i used to say it gurd-jeef...i read a couple years ago that he pronounced it as you say, gurd-jeff... from the de hartmann's book, "our life with mr gurdjieff" "Gurdjieff's name, as spelled in Russian, would be pronounced 'Gyurd-zhee-ev', with the ascent on the second symbol. Perhaps that is why the de Hartmanns always pronounced his name in English as Gurd-jeeff" |
