We have them all the time here...including my back yard. I always scan the yard first before letting the dogs out (using a spot light at night). I found tracks around the house a couple months ago..the cat must have walked across the driveway, down the side of the house, and then stood at the dog yard fence for a bit before wandering back off up the mountain. Usually, they keep to the mountain and the deer. Sightings up here are daily from some part of the neighborhood. Bears too. You give them a wide berth and a little respect. Issues come from those who do not respect the mountain rules. |

Yeah, mountain lions here too, occasionally a bear sighting but not too often… |
