They told me after checking out Earth that it didn't have the material to create life but it could sustain and evolve life so they dropped off a bunch of one celled organisms into the ocean to see what would evolve. The one celled organisms were the same as the ones that they had also evolved from. It was like panspermia by intent. |

They told me that a sentient reptilian species actually evolved on Earth. They went somewhere else and left the earth to the fast evolving mammalians. They may come back if the humans fail and go extinct. It's a big universe out there. |

There can be time all over the universe. Any place a planet orbits a Sun, to create a measurement of one orbit. Or even at any planet or star in a galaxy makes one rotation around it's host Black Hole. The trick is, if there is any intelligent beings at that arrangement that cares to measure it, and use it. |
