in Western Washington and the West Coast. Not seeing
what this fear monger is claiming - there is no product
shortage that can be seen in the grocery stores, people
are NOT putting items back - in fact grocery carts in
grocery stores and Costcos are pretty full. This based
on personal experience and observations in stores
located in greater Seattle area and King County and the
surrounding counties such as Snohomish, Skagit,
Whatcom, and Pierce. Can't say what is going on in
Eastern Washington, but on this side of the mountains
things seem pretty normal. True, we all have to budget
more carefully now a days due to the increasing prices,
and there are areas where the poverty levels are more
dire - but have always been that waty - not just
recently. The observations from friends in California
say pretty much the same thing. So not sure WHERE
exactly this doomsday speaker on the Utube video lives,
but he is generalizing instead of presenting facts.

But inflated prices are nothing new. Prices have been
creeping up annually...at times faster and higher than
at other times - just look at the housing prices, which
are nationwide, not just in certain states.

How can this presenter claim what he is when, for
example, the price of the 'average home' in the
general Seattle area is $847,419, up 0.7% over the past
year and goes to pending in around 21 days. And in the
suburb of Bellevue, just across the lake from Seattle,
the median sale price of a home in Bellevue is $1.5M
last month, up 14.5% since last year, and 22 days on
the market. Even in the outskirts of North Bend, the
average Typical Home Values: $956,637.
Heading into Snohomish county typical Home Values are
$725,184. Whatcom county (where Bellingham is) the
median listing home price in Whatcom County, WA was
$675K, trending up 12.7% year-over-year.
And finally Pierce County - median price of a home is
$595K, trending up 5.3% year-over-year.

The housing market is a vital barometer for assessing
the overall economic condition. Housing prices not only
reflect the affordability of living spaces, but also
significantly affect various economic sectors and the
financial welfare of individuals.

So, once again, not quite sure WHERE this guy lives
that BH6 keeps posting all these sensationalized
videos, but certainly he is promoting fear so that he
can get more followers.

I had a middle-aged couple behind me
at the costco gas pumps yesterday
and noticed the man having issues
with using his credit cards as the
woman sat in the driver seat. He
then goes back to the passenger side
talking to the woman on what to do,
believe they had California plates,
coming down off the mountain to
Nevada where gas is cheaper(many in
Truckee and the Tahoe area drive
over to Reno and Carson-City to do
their shopping and fill their tanks
up along with their gas canisters,
too expensive up in the Sierra).
They were in a nice suv, and seemed
like a nice well to do couple.
Haven't noticed anyone taking items
out of their carts at the stores
though because they can't pay for
them.
