That would make sense if someone punched her
in her stomach, something once that happened
to me by someone I stupidly was with for a
short while.

If she was punched in the stomach, a breach in
in the intestine wall would result in a leak
of the contents into the area outside the
intestine resulting quickly into a serious
case of sepsis, again something that I also
experienced in hours after the punch I
endured.
