A leftist believes in bigger government.
So what is the exaggeration, pray tell?
Regarding lower court judges with warped
ideals, yes, they have been known to take it
upon themselves to interpret the Constitution
in their warped and mistaken way.
That's why there are higher courts with more
than one judge, all the way up to the Supreme
Court with nine judges to correct incorrect,
warped decisions made by lower courts.
The beauty of this particular decision is, it
was a UNANIMOUS decision made by judges who
were carefully selected during Democrat and
Republican administrations.
