Not a hologram. It's not even 3D. If anything, it's more like a heads-up-display but even that's not technically correct either.

Just a simple reflection. No different than the reflections off a window. Like a mirror except the amount of reflected light is a low percentage.

Holograms store three dimensional information in a two dimensional matrix. By changing the viewing angle of the 2D matrix one 'sees' different information thus making the image appear 3D.

Head-up-displays use optics so that the reflected image appears projected at a distance behind the glass further than a simple reflection otherwise would. That way the projected image appears in the distance so the eyes don't have to shift focus when switching between reading the data on the HUD and looking through it to the world beyond.
