Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine Enhances Colonization of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus in Mice

ABSTRACT
Community interactions at mucosal surfaces between viruses, like influenza virus, and respiratory bacterial pathogens are important contributors toward pathogenesis of bacterial disease. What has not been considered is the natural extension of these interactions to live attenuated immunizations, and in particular, live attenuated influenza vaccines (LAIVs). Using a mouse-adapted LAIV against influenza A (H3N2) virus carrying the same mutations as the human FluMist vaccine, we find that LAIV vaccination reverses normal bacterial clearance from the nasopharynx and significantly increases bacterial carriage densities of the clinically important bacterial pathogens Streptococcus pneumoniae (serotypes 19F and 7F) and Staphylococcus aureus (strains Newman and Wright) within the upper respiratory tract of mice. Vaccination with LAIV also resulted in 2- to 5-fold increases in mean durations of bacterial carriage. Furthermore, we show that the increases in carriage density and duration were nearly identical in all aspects to changes in bacterial colonizing dynamics following infection with wild-type (WT) influenza virus. Importantly, LAIV, unlike WT influenza viruses, had no effect on severe bacterial disease or mortality within the lower respiratory tract. Our findings are, to the best of our knowledge, the first to demonstrate that vaccination with a live attenuated viral vaccine can directly modulate colonizing dynamics of important and unrelated human bacterial pathogens, and does so in a manner highly analogous to that seen following wild-type virus infection.

my hypothesis is that the viral population of the "flu" shot is unknown and mutating, and that mixing this into your body so that there is rna viral recombination further "happens" to be the best practical way to intensify the mutation rate of unknown hybrid organism, governed by this viral rna mutation included in any bacteriophage complexes. Dr. Strecker of decades back was one of my learning curves regarding the pleumorphic lifecycle of mycoplasma/viral/bacteria organisms. This is logical "natural selection" under artificially intensified conditions. If you don't think their vaccinations are pseudoscience bullying, try challenging any doctor or authority to prove exactly which viruses are IN the vaccine.. if you really want to piss them off, ask for them to show you on their Rife Microscope (which they don't have and which is why they were never shown how pleumorphism works, because their electron microscopy samples are deadened (dormant) in a frozen part of the lifecyle. It's also insight that the milk cow cancer racketeering practices of forced chemo on children and adults in this progression is agonizing the microbial mutant that catalyzes the perverted growth pattern of the "cancer".. cancer behaves like a fungus for a reason.. indeed, fungal is a part of a synergistic complex that is relevant in what is in and combining (recombining/mutating) with other dormant/semi-dormant virus extant in your body that speed up the natural selection of superbugs, whether virus, bacterial, fungal, mycoplasma, cancer agents. All this is thus interacting with and on your genome dna and having opportunity to epigentically mutate "it".. check your 3rd Generation for results.. like smoking anchored with women's liberation, and the dissonance of microwave bombardment upon our cellular resonances, the authorities of the state religion will act like they don't have the logical synthesis to see this by what they know of how agonizing bacteria has catalyzed mrsa.. remember that all this is vectored through aerosol shedding, or perhaps through that guy's media deodorant paraben carrier, while those unsubmitting to the vaccine rape demand are villified and scapegoated for the insane state religion.. excuse the temporal mixing but this is where the past life trauma IS relevant.. AGAIN.
