Moderna is less, w/ a 14% drop in younger adults, 26% decline in older adults. Novavax had only a 3% decline in younger adults and 17% in older adults. Image Antibodies do take longer to ramp up w/ NVX (~2 weeks instead of ~1 with mRNA). We've seen this in a couple other studies, but it's quite clear with these sample timings, and has implications for when to time boosters and use of other protective measures (e.g. masks) As a side note, the durability of NVX is more clearly shown in this recent preprint, where pre-boost Ab levels 6 months (!) after the last dose were higher than the post-primary Ab levels 1) Antibody levels remained high over 6 months after the first booster, with pre- boost levels before Dose 4 being similar to post-primary antibody levels.
