Lately and today especially my arthritis pain is through the roof. Guessing it’s the wild weather swings but I’m not sure. Anyone else?

I find that mine can flare up in connection with solar activity/flares, although as of today, it has dropped to low levels. But last week mine was quite painful as well.
But today, the pain I feel is typically more associated with weather changes/atmospheric pressure - so thinking maybe the drop in temps from the really nice weather might be contributing to mine.

If arthritis is associated with some solar flares then they might be the type that result in high proton densities around the Earth. Researchers have shown that there is a link between proton density and earthquake occurrence times. Perhaps that is also the case for arthritis.
People who appear to be legitimate medical personnel have been proposing that arthritis can be linked with eating certain type of foods such as tomatoes. The foods contain a chemical that can attack the digestive system and cause toxins to more easily enter the blood stream. Those toxins can then cause temporary arthritis pain.
Some of the medical personnel also report that at least some arthritis is associated with the buildup of fibrin in joints. That is a substance that rushes into an area when there is an injury. It can help blood to clot.
However, when it settles into a joint it can produce arthritis symptoms.
Reportedly, taking does of certain types of enzymes can cause the fibrin in a joint to disappear with resultant less arthritis pain.
I am not a true medical expert. I am just reporting what other people have said.
These are personal opinions.
Regards to all,
