Subject: Any long Covid survivors out there?

So it may be early for me to say thats what is going on with me but I am still having symptoms nearly 3 weeks out. Very disappointed since I was up to date on the vaccine and also took Paxlovid. I know none of that was a sure thing but I thought I may catch a little break.I have a lot of GI issues, body aches, brain fog and fatigue. Anyone else want to share? |

Hope you feel better soon Sue! I basically had some headaches for a couple of weeks, and I don't normally have headaches. No GI issues or brain fog. I left you a link on kefir. I drink Redwoodhill Farms Goat Kefir which is so healthy for your stomach, so many benefits. You can get Goat kefir at Trader Joe's, but I prefer Redwoodhill Farms which I get at Raleys. |
