as a ham radio operator it is not new to me. about 25 years ago a cell tower was installed 50 feet from where I worked most days. viewing a worker climbing down and a couple of my fellow workers I asked him how much microwave out put was there? I had told my workers each antenna may be near 1000 watts of power. I think they doubted me. the tower climber said it was enough power to pop corn.
