new regs in oregon..ack!!!so the attendents dont have to
breathe the smoke, but all of us do, and so many are
infirmed and cant get out to do this, glad my son was
there as is sure i couldnt do it!

Kay,
Hope you are okay. They haven't had attendants here in CA for years, sorry you lost yours. We do have a thing here, though I've not used it yet, that if you have a handicap placard or plate, they must assist you in pumping gas. I've not even seen it done here though???

Thats great about helping the handicap. I need to check
if our state does that. I know that now we need to haul
our trash to the curb, you can get a waiver if you are
disabled and cant.
Honestly pumping gas is not too taxing. Just put the
nozzle in your tank and go sit down until its done
pumping. Oregon was one of the very few hold outs for
pumping your own
