SUMMARY
Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today.
None of the apocalyptic predictions with due dates as of today have come true.
What follows is a collection of notably wild predictions from notable people in government and science.
More than merely spotlighting the failed predictions, this collection shows that the makers of failed apocalyptic predictions often are individuals holding respected positions in government and science.
While such predictions have been and continue to be enthusiastically reported by a media eager for sensational headlines, the failures are typically not revisited.

ummmmm.....mainstream media is not reporting disasters of many many kinds all over the world, you have to go to alternative ones to watch and learn how many people and critters are being destroyed and suffering....what planet are you living on? Our beautiful planet is being destroyed by our poisons, nearly everyone is sick, one out of two with cancer and other diseases, people starving, animals/etc dying in masses. Not saying all of this is man caused (ie earthquakes/volcanoes/etc) but we are part of the scenario Logan. Fukushima was an E.L.E. event in case you haven't noticed, still spreading radiation all over the world. Many factors in play and one day it will be unlivable here on dear earth.

I remember birds, flocks of them, insects, clouds of lightening bugs, wild creatures such as crawdads and turtles in every stream.
When a fire that might destroy a thousand homes was unthinkable. In 1972 a historic storm spread across several states, now commonplace.
Five of the hottest years on record have been since 2010. The Amazon burning, whole towns disappearing in fires, droughts and misery visit every continent.
Because of regulations Trump is willing to roll back, our air and water, always in danger is certain to get worse.
Too bad people didn't heed the wild predictions in time to save the lost habitats and species and lives lost to pollution, disease and disasters.
I remember that lost world and I mourn for the children who can only visit it through the light of their digital devices.

Hi Redhart,
apparently you have not visited the direct sources specified in the collection of prediction links given in Logan's reference.
Instead you wholly denounce that reference as questionable without submitting a pico iota of evidence. Now, that is a truly scientific approach, isn't it?
You have become so biased that you apparently denounce anyone who deviates from your beliefs.
