I got tears in my eyes watching the news reports tonight of all the millions of children all over the world who want a chance to live, breathe in a world that doesn't burn up, flood, or dry up.
I was quite surprised to read that over a million kids marched in Australia, a part of the globe that is really suffering from the effects of climate change.
There's lots of photos, etc. at the link too.

between watching these dear children march all over the world for their right to live and the report about 1/3rd of our birds gone, I sat myself down last night and had a damn good cry. Before that I ran into the Dept. of Agriculture's list of all the creatures they killed in 2018. Included were hundreds of thousands of birds. Birds like Mourning doves, all kinds of birds killed probably at the behest of corporate farming interests who have massive ties to that part of our govt.
I'll post that website soon, it's just bloody heartbreaking.
