Electronic waste problem, plastic, mercury, etc tons of it- and more coming when 5g hits.

They just love to produce all these gadgets. I think they should charge plastic makers to pay for the clean up. btw way I have owned 3 computers for the last 19 years- and now no more for me. Just cutting out, plastic left , and right. Some are finally going into using hemp which is only a small help.

anyway see article at link- again, site won't allow me to copy paste.

And whenever you make a telephone call consider wether you make it to
another landline (think of the trees cut down to allow passage of the
lines) or to someones mobile phone...

As for computer why not box it up and put it away / responsibly dispose
of it ASAP

Use this guide to learn how to dispose of electronics responsibly.

It was a big topic some years ago. It was causing some huge pollution issues in
China as so much of the recycling was going there from the U.S. and other
countries. The illness and environment became so toxic that the government set up
certain buildings with requirements that any recycling had to be done in these
places they set up, etc. At the same time I think they cut back on what was allowed
to come into the country for recycling.

Many area of Africa was another place suffering from the recycling of E waste ....I
have not seen any news on that lately.
