Basically he thinks its a communist plot to stop global climate change
using military tanker aircraft to spray stuff and commercial airliners are
paid to use chemtrail fuel - he thought this after reading an email and
looking at various woo websites.
He thinks genuine contrails are formed by a vacuum.
He's seen pics of aircraft with tanks connected by hoses which are for
chemtrailing - ones without hoses are ballast & testing.
He also thinks budget airlines and British Airways are paid to kit out their
airliners spray chemtrails - and the airlines as well as getting paid to
carry out chemtrailing they are also blackmailed to chemtrail.
Nothing in what he says indicates anything more than a belief in
chemtrails. No evidence, no technical details. Nothing at all.
Apparently this Willem Felderhof organized an "Open Mind" conference
in Amsterdam in 2015, which was about various conspiracist topics:

In April 2010, chemtrails suddenly changed from large persistent
plumes to very short, non-persistent plumes; the kind of plumes that
some people believe are "contrails".
So now I'm confused which are meant to be the chemtrails - the long
persistant ones or the short non-persistant ones or is it the invisible
ones?
The latest Tweets from willem felderhof (@willemfelderhof): "America's
entry into WW2 was driven by Jewish fake news.
