Started six hours ago, now 7am in London, people trapped from 2nd floor up, happened while they were asleep, 30 people hospitalized, people jumping out half way up the building, many many people are burning alive- :(

I read an article before I came here and it said something to it was a fridge that exploded on the fourth floor. A man I suppose who said
this to a neighbor on the on same floor as they exited his fridge just exploded...something like that.
I never heard of such so I looked up exploding fridges...sharing link in case anyone interested:

While I don't doubt the article, I doubt the claim
that it happened for that building. I can certainly
see a bad fire being caused by an exploding fridge in
one room or even one unit, but for it to overtake the
entire building as fast as it did suggests something
more, like something highly flammable already
throughout the building.
Then again, as I write, and envision how such a thing
might come about, I suppose the initial blast could
jostle gaslines to a bunch of units, causing leaks
throughout the building, that would swiftly ignite,
causing further explosions and further weakening of
other lines throughout the building as the fire
spread.
If the building was in such bad condition as the
articles all claim, that might be a feasible
explanation.
My hunch says deliberate though...I hope not, I hope
that's just my paranoid cynicism talking. Time will
tell.

Okay fine with me if you doubt Nen...I not into debating the issue or
spending lots of my time in regards such to such a topic. I need to keep
my focus for other things more important to home base at this time.
I will say I did had a neighbor once who nigh lost...nearly loose
themselves and they children when a car battery explode in the middle of
the night in their car parked in their garage. Could have been if they away
or some other scenario I be in the line of that fire as other neighbors
...plenty of fuel about...gas, natural and otherwise, etc.

OMGOMGOMG there are people waving on the roof for help! They just zoomed in on the live feed. Jesus Crikey, isn't there any way to get people off the top of a burning roof? Now I'm upset...:x

There is some fear of the building collapsing, at some point. So far, it's holding up pretty good but some pieces can be seen flying down, near the top of the building, Grenfell Tower, in north Kensington.
