There should be alerts out on public media via the authorities to beware
of Black Ice....surely the authorities know this...?? Or maybe the people
are not getting the word if it's out. When I lived in NJ I had experienced
this...traffic would come to a standstill or some listened to the radio
before going out and received warning and stayed at home till it melted.
Very dangerous...because one is not aware it's ice because it is invisible.
