Florida’s toxic algae may cause debilitating diseases, professor says

Algae bloom causes some beaches to close

MIAMI —Researchers are warning that the toxic algae in Florida’s waters can have long term effects on people’s health.

University of Miami researcher Dr. Larry Brand said the blue-green algae in waterways along the coast may be more dangerous than originally thought.

Brand said the short term effects are skin, eye and throat irritations. In addition to the short-term effects, researchers are finding more evidence that the algae can lead to neurodegenerative disorders, like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS.

Millions of dollars in emergency funds are now being spent to help clean up the waterways...

If you keep your eyes on the rsoe edis feed you will see
algae reports. They are the very least once a week,
more like 2-3 per week. Not sure if the rate is normal
nor measurable by these means.

Anyway, small organisms are the first to change.
Plankton, insects, microorganisms will likely be the
first indicator of a greater imbalance. No idea what to
make of it all yet, but leave you with Velikovsky.

"The sea erupted. Often the sea and land changed places.
The immobility of contours of continents and seas, a
dogma in geology, has no basis in fact. And immediately
there is the problem of the climate. There were ancient
climates that were very different from what they are
today. If those corals grew where they were found,
certainly the Earth was not travelling with the same
elements of rotation and revolution which means not in
the same orbit, not with the axis directed in the same
position as it is today. If you don't believe it, try to
conservate corals on the North Pole."

Some who abide in Florida whom have some history with such learn after
awhile to stay away from the beaches when it is like bathwater.
