Subject: Porter Ranch leak is likened to the B.P. Macondo Well rupture

URL: RADIOACTIVE RANT:

Due to the depth of the pipe where the leak is occurring at Porter Ranch gas storage site (natural), it's likely that, like the Macondo Well rupture in the Gulf of Mexico, it will be VERY difficult to stop. Meanwhile, everyone in the area and ongoing, the downwinders, are at tremendous risk for serious health hazards.

Not only that but there are 98 wells in the vicinity of Porter Ranch that, like the busted well at Porter Ranch, do not have protective casings around them!

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Erin Brokovich in interviews on this vid, start at approx. 21:00 seconds (KTLA), and more, such as, info that 3 weeks before the Porter Ranch leak, 78% of injection wells in California were deemed out of compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Take note of Erin's symptoms of methane exposure after being on site for AN HOUR: watering eyes, heavy chest, headache, can't breathe, very dry throat (felt like something sucking the moisture out of her mouth), coughing, ears closing off, very woozy, etc. Methane, toluene, benzene, xyline, ethyl benzene, radon, hydrogen sulfide and other sulfuric oxide that cause brain, kidney, and liver damage. (See Porter Ranch Lawsuit.com for more details.)

Porter Ranch is going to be Bayou Corne on steroids! Meanwhile a 'State of Emergency' has not been called by Governor Brown to evacuate people. GO FIGURE.

Apparently the 'global economy' hangs off the energy industry so the biggest fear is that, by shutting fracking, crude oil production, and nuclear sites down, using alternative energy instead and restructuring budgets to clean up the dumps, leaks, and degradation of equipment will cause worldwide economic depression, not to mention loss of energy to maintain nuclear plants forever, and the great Humpty Dumpty fall of the not so noble, ruling class on the planet.

The lack of movement towards real change in energy production must have to do with the heads of these companies knowing full well that the transition of shut down to alternative (or a new lifestyle!) will kill us off as quickly as the technology breakdowns, waste dumps and leaks, otherwise why would we see so little change in the 'energy death cult' attitudes at the top? (Possibly we are already so brain damaged it doesn't matter [sarc/off])

Expect sudden increases in air, soil, and water poisoning. Expect no public announcements about the poison amounts or what health effects to watch out for. Expect 'standard measurements' to mean nothing except the opinion of those who stand to benefit from producing toxic poisons. Sigh..

It's natural.

"More than two months after the leak started, methane gas continues to
escape from an underground pipe at Southern California Gas Company's
Aliso Canyon facility. SoCal Gas acknowledged early in December that a
leak had been detected at a natural gas storage well on Oct. 23, but said
"experts agree that natural gas is not toxic.”

Think of kittens and be happy.

Cat methane is biological warfare.

And I'm pretty sure one of my former strays is an
escaped biological weapons experiment in extreme
concentration of such horrific substances.

Alex Jones was ranting about cloaked cat methane dirigibles the other day
and I just rolled my eyes. In truth, they would probably be efficient,
stealthy and so adorable(they must uncloak eventually to destroy the
world)

Thank you for 'Happy Kitty'- :) If it weren't for sane animals, excepting humans, I don't know that I'd have much hope!

See my top post. It blows this disaster way out of the water! Unlike Norhtern California, SoCal has not forgotten their voice, as long as they have it. Anyone with pets in the inland empire as I used to call it, needs to get them all inside, packed up, and outta there - NOW.

back in the mid 90's when I was back in college one of the things we covered in our environmental biology classes was *industrial environmental racism/discrimination* because all major pollutive processes are done in, and around, poor to lower middle class neighborhoods. that piece brought that all back...

:-(

Same as it ever was, on the location of 'toxic technologies we love near, only not in our neighborhood'. I'd love to take some environmental biology classes now. Boy oh boy, we're gonna need that information. Funny how we educate kids to know a little about something but not enough to feel responsible for or delve into depth, anything to do with the ecological biosystem that supports their very survival. People are gonna need to know HOW to live in small pockets of 'lesser than toxic air, water, and soil', very soon. We need whole brains who can read the big picture, not dissociated, linear bean counters, and elitist idealists who insist the world revolve around themselves while the devil wreaks havoc in their simple minded handling of agri and tech details.'

We humans seem so rigidly stuck in our support of aggressive and competitive heirarchies and all the dogma that goes with, it was just a matter of time before we met a sci-fi end. I do think that 'end' is coming for many large populations, although, at 7 billion on the planet, there are so many births, the destruction to humans will be in stages, first not so bad until we've off'd all the animals and water sources, when secondary starvation and illness kills the most people at a time.

If I had decided to have kids (did not), I thought all the drama would happen in their lifetimes. I never expected lethal changes in biological life support systems to go down, this fast, in my time.
