Has reached almost 100,000 acres. Smoke everywhere; the
central valley is filling up with the smoke and the smoke
is moving east into the mountain states. No end in sight
for this one, it has a mind of its own. And, the fire
fighters are getting exhausted.

With the chemicals and metals on the trees, omg, everyone should be wearing gas masks! I've always wondered what types of lung problems firefighters get in their hazardous jobs-?

URL: High risk of Parkinson's disease for people exposed to pesticides near workplace

Ah, I did not know about this! Looks like aerosolized pesticides increase PD risk 75-80% Wow. One of the studies was done in Central Valley, CA (Link at Top). Of course, we probably don't know the half of what's in the chemtrail mixtures- :/ Fly ash can't be good for anyone, for instance.

I'm truly shocked to know how frequently the alpha wolves use the populace for experimentation. I figure at the point corporations find no moral or ethical issues with the wanton use/waste products of chemicals and people/animal experimentation, we're already beyond our viable personal space allotment, that may be creating an instinctive aggression towards the rest of the population, licensed and encouraged, to experiment to get rid of humans in various ways. Maybe people didn't start out thinking oh gee, we're gonna kill everyone, whoopee, it became convenient and easier to deny any problems and not do research before pumping more product into the environment. Now, there's too many documents, sealed lips, and trolls suppressing ongoing discussions about the topic of depop experiments by any means. At some point in time, the compounding of all these airborne and absorbed toxic particles is going to have a very deleterious effect! Probably the firefighters, even with good gas and particle masks are still absorbing chemicals in the smoke from their skin and clothing. Without knowing the exact exposures, or testing blood for various substances, it's hard to get a class action suit together. Excellent heads-up, TY!

'In April 2009, researchers at UCLA announced they had discovered a link between Parkinson's disease and two chemicals commonly sprayed on crops to fight pests.

That epidemiological study didn't examine farmers who constantly work with pesticides but people who simply lived near where farm fields were sprayed with the fungicide maneb and the herbicide paraquat. It found that the risk for Parkinson's disease for these people increased by 75 percent.

Now a follow-up study adds two new twists. Once again the researchers returned to California's fertile Central Valley, and for the first time have implicated a third pesticide, ziram, in the pathology of Parkinson's disease. Second, instead of looking just at whether people lived near fields that were sprayed, they looked at where everyone worked, including non-farmworkers like teachers, firefighters and clerks who worked near, but not in, the fields.

They found that the combined exposure to ziram, maneb and paraquat near any workplace increased the risk of Parkinson's disease (PD) threefold, while combined exposure to ziram and paraquat alone was associated with an 80 percent increase in risk. The results appear in the current online edition of the European Journal of Epidemiology.' (Link at Top)

There's community groups and university researchers working on the issues of firefighter exposure to pesticides. EPA says there are 70000 toxic substances on file, mostly manmade! Parkinson's is likely a manmade disease due to neurotoxins that disrupt dopamine transport.

'A study conducted by the Neurotoxin Institute indicated that Parkinson's Disease was significantly more common in fire fighters than in the general population. This was demonstrated by a finding of 3-4 cases per 1,000 in the general population compared to 30 Parkinson's cases per 1,000 firefighters. Minerbo GM, Jankovic J. Prevalence of Parkinson's disease among firefighters. Presented at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the AAN, Miami, 5/4/90, Neurology (Suppl. 1) 1990;40:348.'

Here's hoping they find a better way to protect our firefighters!
