Here's a good place to watch the ongoing reactor five 'leakage' issues. Today the SFP water temp is going up again. I'm not sure how long they can keep the leakage situation under control. Tepco seems to have it under control for a week or so, then the issue pops up again. I swear I've seen some steamin' back beyond R1 on the cams but not sure. Steam is bad enough, smoky plumes are another story!

An enenews poster gave the legend for the colors on this graph:

Light blue -#5 reactor water
Green – SFP #5 water
Dark blue – SFP #6 water

WOW! I was scoffed for saying that I would rather have a coal fired reactor rather than the nuclear reactor that is on the coast of California, not far from a major metropolitan area.

ALL nuclear reactors in the USA near or on faults should have been shut down yesterday, if not today!

True Dat! What is more, Mothers for Peace just now posted this 2010 You Tube video re: Tsunami Preparedness Along the West Coast of the USA. See attached Link. IF a large enough tectonic fault slips near Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant, all HELL would break loose! "Building a nuclear power plant in an earthquake and tsunami prone area was a brilliant idea wasn't it!"

Sure would HATE for California to be the NEXT Eff-You-Shima!!!

when a wall of water comes rushing inland ... there is not much a person can do other than climb to safety ... if there is some place to climb ... I've told friends who live near sea level that as soon as the shaking starts ... start moving uphill ... crawl if you must ... but move uphill as fast as you can
