Subject: GE is a really interesting company.


They seem to be shareholder/contractor/planner/investor in so many activities, but don't have as much visibility as they used to.
I recall that they had big beautiful public service messages on TV, and they visibly funded projects for world's fair exhibits, and science fairs for kids, and they had a big GE sign next to whatever they were working on.
Now they keep a really low profile.
