Subject: A major fire is ravishing the board walk of Seaside park |

and Seaside heights since 2:30 this afternoon. The winds are gusting to 35mph. fueling this horrible fire. They just rebuilt most of the boardwalk that was destroyed by hurricane Sandy. This is just heartbreaking to watch.

It went to a 10 alarm fire. They are still working on getting it under control. Thank God that the summer season was over. I can't imagine this happening when there are thousands of people there.

So far over 3 dozen business' have been destroyed.

Yes and last night Chris Christie was on CNN and he was saying that everyone should stay away, so the emergency vehicles and people can get through and THEN ... HE SAYS THAT HE IS CALLING OTHER EMERGENCY PERSONNEL AND THE ARMY TO COME AND HELP AND THAT ... THEY ARE IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY!!! So a certain area was completely blocked.
This is NOT the first time I hear of fires this Summer, causing small cities, towns TO BE IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY CS OF THE FIRES!!! Ummm....
