A EF5 tornado went through Moore, OK with a mile wide line of devastation. Two schools totaled and one hospital. A horse farm destroyed with over 100 horses killed with many wandering and dazed. I can't begin to tell you of how many homes and business destroyed.
It's bad!

Ohhhh, I didn't know about 100 horses, only heard about two. That is beyond SAD, :[ I hope they can be saved the ones still alive! Horses are so sensitive, they'll need a lot of TLC to bring them back fully. Realistically, you can't build a storm shelter for 100 horses but why not. The owners will need big bucks to help them out. Is there any story about the horse ranch alone? Someone should create a donation website just for the horses and the owners. They must be beside themselves in grief.

You've probably seen this but the film of the owners finding a tiny 2 day old foal still alive, makes me want a baby horse! A woman, who's picked up dead horses before in tornadoes, said she picked up 52 dead horses this time, more than ever before. Approx. 150 horses died and 35 were found alive, some with injuries. She stopped several times to cry over what she saw. She collected them the hard way, with a chain and a flat bed truck, one horse at a time- :( Maybe this little horse surviving was due to it's name, lol. It's survival will give the owners a tiny ray of hope.

At the 2 second mark, the foal is found (link). I wish I could sample the sound byte of the baby horse's 'comment.'

Apologies if this was already posted.

I watched off and on several hours today. Praying and crying at times. Prayer chain alerted. Absolutely awful.

Was watching some of the coverage on the news...had to
turn it off. So terribly sad, and prayers going out to
all involved.
