Subject: Only pic/info found from guy on his roof in NOLA

They are keeping reporters from even filming over the
wall but got this a couple hours ago.
Also saw on live cam (posted on earthwatchers)mil. and
police stop one guy. After they stayed for about an hour
they all left and it stayed quiet until the last of last
call was called and lot's of drunk guys walking home I
guess.
