I only read half of this report before I got too upset to finish it...what they (military) are doing to our world is inexcusable and we have to realize that Congress and our Executive branch know and apparently approve of these vile life threatening maneuvers. Heaven help us all! I do not see how life can continue on this planet.

I would urge everyone to read the report you linked to. It's very well researched and should convince even chemtrail deniers that it's a reality. I've been reading on the issue for years, and this is the best, most comprehensive article I've seen. VERY well researched. Thanks for posting. abra
