they are having a seafood sale at our local grocery store...I asked where it came from, if it is radioactive...he said no, it all comes from 'the gulf'...of mexico....I said, 'no thanks' on that one too....

The article is horrid and with lies. Larger fish are more a risk then small ones pure and simple. In fact I studied this last yr in order to see which type of fish I should eat...Sardines,number 1 safe fish.

Erm, have you seen the pictures of the bloodied Ohara Harbour (sp) in Japan - 200 metric tons of sardines bloodied the water and beach? It's truly gross. I'm not so sure about sardines now. I guess it depends on 'what' and 'how much' they swim through because once exposed, the rads will stay with them.

What I am trying to say is the sardine will die faster if exposed then large fish like tuna that live longer and absorb more.

I guess it all depends on what they swim through to get to your plate. It just takes a longer time for the big fish or big humans to eat enough rads in smaller fish to get sick but when they do get sick..
