Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on in Colorado or is this just a major glitch?

The operator in Colorado Springs came home from an exam where radioactive elements were put in for tracing. Got too near the monitor and ran the counts way up which is normal for those types of treatments, you are "HOT" for days. That monitor is off-line until the operator is less hot.

Mine is the dot to the east but not the one closest to the Kansas border. I keep mine going 27/7 unless severe storms in the area then shut down to protect the equipment.

My monitor is 'sniffing' the air outside and is a good indicator of what is happening.

There was a short note on the site message board about the high reading. L

The Colorado Springs station is now back on line, must have cooled down enough to turn the monitor back on line.

Another reason those tests are dangerous, you are radioactive for a few days.
