and Hailstorm

A powerful hurricane and a hailstorm hit Turkey’s
largest city, Istanbul, on Saturday, November 11, 2023,
causing damage to buildings, vehicles, and
infrastructure, as well as flooding in some areas. The
hurricane, named Zeynep, was the strongest to hit the
city in decades, with wind speeds reaching up to 200
km/h. The hailstorm, which followed the hurricane, was
also unprecedented, with hailstones as large as 10 cm
in diameter.

The hurricane and the hailstorm caused widespread power
outages, disrupted transportation, and damaged roofs,
windows, and billboards. Some people were injured by
flying debris or falling trees, but no fatalities were
reported.

An online query of this provided nothing on a hurricane in
Istanbul in November, 2023 but this same video so I wonder
as to the source.
