Just in case you haven’t heard, a sudden fire sprung up in Golden
Hills. My daughter can see it from her house.

Thanks--I actually saw the plume from my home and went
to Pulse Point and saw where it was, then posted it to
our neighborhood board.

Looks like they are just mopping it up now. Good thing
it started this morning rather than last night. The
Santa Anas were wicked here until day break! That could
have been very bad.

Kudos to the Kern county Fire Department.

Thanks for the update! I can’t see that direction from my place. I did
see a video with planes dropping fire retardant on the flames. Yes, so
thankful for all fire departments and their unfailing dedication.
