I should follow eve and not eat meat anymore. at least I don't eat beef now because pati is a buddhist. mostly she likes to feed me fish and I love fish. chas

I avoid all vegetable oil now because of Monsanto. I like corn oil but that's a problem. sunflower oil is my choice right now but olive oil may be preferred. chas

Of course, the Oil. I use non gmo Bragg's olive oil. It has to be labeled Organic/non gmo. I also use non gmo/organic coconut oil. In grocery store you have to be real careful, most of them are fake olive oils. Vitacost sells BRagg's. And also the coconut oil- order on line. Your wife would probably love the coconut oils.
