Flash floods submerged 90 percent of Iran, displaced 500 000 people Posted by Teo Blašković on May 24, 2019 at 15:00 UTC (22 hours
At the peak of the recent flood disaster in Iran, half a million people have been displaced and 90% of land submerged, the Internal Displacement Monitoring Center (IDMC) reports. One of the worst affected provinces was Golestan, which received approximately 70% of its annual rainfall in 24 hours, something that had not been seen in over 300 years.
From the same category Heavy rain hits Oman, claiming at least 6 lives Severe floods kill 5, leave crop damage and thousands homeless, Tanzania Arkansas River approaching historic highs, at least 7 killed as severe storms march through central U.S. Mississippi River above flood stage for 137 days Cerro Blanco eruption among the largest in last 11 700 years, comparable to massive Santorini eruption At least 16 killed as severe floods hit Paraguay Severe floods hit capital Bamako, claiming at least 15 lives, Bali Small asteroid explodes over Australia Floods leave 600 000 ha (1.5 million acres) of crops damaged or destroyed, Argentina Very rare snowfall and record lows hit French Mediterranean island of Corsica Heavy rain and floods started affecting Iran on March 19, 2019, causing massive damage to the country's agricultural sector, damaging 36% of the entire road network, destroying 84 bridges, nearly 2 200 rural roads and leaving at least 78 people dead. According to information provided by official sources, flooding has caused at least 47 trillion rials (about $350 million USD) in damage to the country's agricultural sector, as of April 4. Starting in the northern province of Golestan and moving to the South and the West of the country, heavy rains have poured over 28 of the 31 provinces of Iran. Almost the whole country was under water, IDMC said. Spring 2019 flash floods are the worst disaster impacting the country in over fifteen years, according to the Iranian Red Crescent. One of the worst affected provinces was Golestan, which received approximately 70% of its annual rainfall in 24 hours, something that had not been seen in over 300 years.

Lorestan and the oil-rich province of Khuzestan were among the worst-affected. The impact spread to more than 2 000 towns and villages affecting over 10 million people in both rural and urban centers, relief efforts began. Describing systematic failure, IDMC said one of the most criticized aspects of the handling of disaster so far has been the planned redirection of floodwaters towards populated areas, as well as the release of emergency discharge waters toward farms and crops to avoid a major overflow of reservoirs and dams.
While it is undeniable that some extent of the damage and losses could have been prevented, it is also true that the unusual and unexpected situation caught population and water management authorities by surprise, IDMC said. A new wave of deadly storms started affecting the country two weeks ago, killing at least 24 people. 4 people were killed by flooding and another 20 after they were struck by lightning, a spokesman for Iran's emergency services said May 23. anything's possible, but gee, it couldn't have happened to a worse future U.S. enemy.
*** 2015, excerpt: "While HAARP and weather control has been called a conspiracy theory by the mainstream media and government officials, during a Senate hearing on Wednesday, David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for science, technology and engineering, dropped a bombshell in answer to a question asked by Lisa Murkowski in relation to the dismantling of the $300 million High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program in Gakona this summer.
Walker said this is “not an area that we have any need for in the future” and it would not be a good use of Air Force research funds to keep HAARP going. “We’re moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do,” he said. “To inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed.”"
..."This is not the first time that a public official has acknowledged that HAARP and weather control is not only possible, but has been and continues to be, used as a “super weapon,” as evidenced by a statement in 1997 by former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen, where he said:
“Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts.”
Is it still just a conspiracy theory if public officials admit it is true?
The NEXRAD Doopler Weather Surveillance System cannot be installed along major thoroughfares without raising enough curiosity and concerns. Welcome 5G wireless technology!"

Yeah good timing- eh? According to the MIC, Iran is already our enemy...along with other Mideast countries. right. And is scheduled to be hit by US plans for regime change along with Sa--di Arab-ia and Isralli leader Netanachoo!, (misspells on purpose) since before Gen. Wesley Clark spilled the beans-interviewed various times by Dem. Now, Amy Goodman.

this is Jim Lee's site -weather modification history- archives, extensive, showing newspapers, magazines from the 1800's onward. Plus he shows all the patents history in these archives, for modifying the weather. Posted this several times here on EB.
As to the Haarp tech, yes it was in AK. Now they have spread the tech all over the planet. Jim Lee does a 25 min video- back in 2014, explaining what it is/was and where it has gone over the world. What it does and its called an Ionospheric Atmosphere Heater- yeah they have them on boats too...
He has also created a ClimateViewer using google maps, to show all the places around world "stuff" is going on. In this video he shows his climateviewer in use, to view the places.
He's also talked at hearing for Congressional Hearing on Geoengineering: Innovation, Research, and Technology in 2017. Video is available-- I think I have already posted it here- but can't find. Cheers!

heres a follow up on that posted on the 25th: DDT is following the MIC which wants to destroy Iran. He's a tool for them. Like Obama was for the MIC/Wall street. Unless we get our country back from the Pentagon/MIC/Wall street, we'll have more of the same whoever is "selected" for the Prez.
At least 24 people have been killed and 55 injured in a new wave of severe storms and torrential rainfall that has pounded Iran for the past two weeks. Official emergency aid was delivered to 83 cities and villages across flood-hit Iran, authorities said. According to Mojtaba Khaledi, a spokesman for Iran's emergency services, four people were killed by flooding while another 20 lost their lives after having been struck by lightning. 55 others, Khaledi said, had been injured by severe flooding. Morteza Salimi, head of Iran’s Relief and Rescue Organization, said emergency aid had so far been delivered to more than 2 000 people in 83 cities and villages across the country.
