...about directed energy weapons and other unusual fire starting techniques, by accident or on purpose. I think this is an older video, republished, before the heat and winds get going, full bore, for the rest of our summer. The descriptive matches, of DEW weapons testing with the Santa Rosa fire events, are stunning.

hi PolyD, From your video page, I found this 16 min. video about the Redding fire, and how DEW directed energy could have caused many of the houses burning up.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvdiz-MWf1s

This video shows how apparently DEW (directed energy weapons) destroyed many homes in the Redding (?) wildfire, but the trees around the homes are still intact.

I’ve been posting about how directed energy beams can be beamed at the eyes, or any other part of the body. I’ve used metal shields, which helps to partially block directed energy.

I've been looking into it too. Heres an interview with the Fire Captain about the N Ca fires.

They’ve been getting away with secret directed microwaves for a long time. The use of directed m-w’s in wildfires is another case of the vast majority of people denying directed m-w’s had anything to do with homes being burned. The videos that PolyD and I posted show how zapping the electrical sources (?) of the house in a hot wildfire can destroy the house, while trees around the house are untouched.

It’s very hard to prove the use of directed m-w’s because it can’t be seen. It’s very easy to deny it, just like it’s very easy to deny that the Fed is journalizing money out of thin air. Homes can be burned down to the ground, unlike in a natural wildfire, but most people will say it's a CT.

Thanks for reply John. I just found a post by someone I know lives in Santa Rosa. She says it was highly unusual. But she and her partner got out - the fire fairly stopped about 10 blocks from them.

This is the latest from Deborah Tavares
regarding intercepted documents and emails
between PGE and 5 gov't and private groups
about use of the new technology that
allegedly beams RF frequency (microwave) from
space and converts it into DC current at a
site in CA. The company that owned the Mojave
desert receptor site is now in SEBASTOPOL!

The orbital solar collectors have been in
place for over a decade. Microwave can now be
used to fry every living thing in a city,
slowly. The beams have a certain radius
maximum. I'd like to know what the minimum
and maximum radius(s) are, to beam microwaves
at individuals, a crowd, or a city. These
beams have been verified in usage against
protestors. One would hope the Tubbs fire was
an RF 'oops' but no, likely not an accident.

Also, Deborah mentions that the usage against
CA would be used again after the Santa Rosa
fires and here they are again, as weird and
hot as ever, in Redding, Shasta County, and
Mendocino. The overall agenda is Agenda 21
(by 2030?) to get people out of the rural
areas into cities where 'they' can control
citizens' air, water, food, lifestyles, and
minds. Check out the reactions of the Santa
Rosa? Council members Deborah addressed,
interesting how smug a few of them look.

I used to think this was all conspiracy
theory. I have heard personal speculation
from people in the field that the use of MW
for nefarious purposes is as real as the
heart attack it gives people. I was told, if
people knew what was being planned, there
would be a revolution!

hi PolyD,
It helps that people with higher IQ’s like you and Deborah Tavares have analyzed the possibility of houses being destroyed by directed microwaves in hot wildfires. I imagine some powerful laser-type weapons are being designed from places like Sebastopol. Sebastopol is just west of San Rafael. Deborah T. had some important videos about the strong possibility of directed m-w’s used to destroy houses, during their hot wildfire This links to an article about the devastating San Rafael wildfire in Oct. 2017:

No real evidence except for a man* reads conspiracy websites and
comes up with a conspiracy as an explanation

* In the video he admits he was not at the fires nor did he visit the scene
after the fires, and gets all his news from youtube and the internet.

What's new Pam? shouldn't this be better placed on WOWs

UPDATE:
An email I sent to the Petaluma Fire Dept, asking if Capt. John Lord was
ever a real employee there, in the 1980's.... was confirmed. He was.
Their email reply:

Thank you Mr. Leifer for your message. Yes, we are aware of this video
and, no, he does not have authority to speak on behalf of Petaluma Fire,
though he is a long-retired member. I’ve gone ahead and passed your
message and concern up the chain of command. I’m not sure what
processes are in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening. I’m
sure other departments throughout the country have faced similar
quandaries from time to time.

THANK YOU!

S. T., Administrative Assistant
Petaluma Fire Department

He said clearly, it was his opinion, not fact based upon his 30 years of fighting fires. As I posted the link I wrote I am LOOKING into it too. He says in interview he spoke with his sister who was there, witnessing and experiencing the winds and the fires.

Thank you Alan. It's been a CT that's been debunked
for quite a while, yet some seem intent on spreading
it anyway.
