This article downplays the danger of this water.
NTL it clearly indicates the ongoing danger of Fukushima and the lack of MSM coverage.
Complete headline: "Japan is poised to FLOOD the Pacific with one million tons of radioactive water contaminated by the Fukushima"
"Published: 11:39 EDT, 21 May 2018 | Updated: 11:43 EDT, 21 May 2018
Japan is poised to flood the Pacific Ocean with one million tons of radioactive water contaminated by the Fukushima nuclear plant.
Storage space at the abandoned facility is running dangerously low as officials race to secure the nearly 160 tons of contaminated water produced at the plant per day.
As space for tanks dwindles the Japanese government and the plant's owner Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) may decide to dump treated water into the ocean."

I IN NO WAY support nuclear power, however, short of a good set of rockets to shoot the water into the sun, what the hell are they SUPPOSED to do with all that contaminated water? Sure, it's easy to point your finger and say tisk, tisk, but really, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?????

Dump it in nuclear-rats' backyards, lol. Lack of solutions to mitigating hot waste products, rationally, indicates the global cartel should stop all operations and set short and long term goals to other ways to get energy, or, do without.

abra,
What's with the screaming and attitude in your post? I am just a messenger passing on the news.
As a matter of fact, I can do nothing to correct the horrific situation at Fukushima; no single individual can. NTL I have every right to be aware of what is happening in our world.
In answer to your question, there are agencies, governments, scientists who do know what could be done IF Japan would allow outside intervention.
Finally, do not to have attitude with me again. One of the biggest problems in our country today is the lack of manners and rudeness exhibited by many.
Take time to read the link I've posted for you. After you've read it, then think about how you can improve your manners.
Shirley

I'm no authority but I've followed this since March 11, 2011 and have come to believe Fukushima is a potential ELE.
No, not tomorrow but in the future.
BTW I am not an alarmist. I've just read everything I can on what is happening and not happening there.
All of the works of Dr. Helen Caldicott on the medical implications of Fukushima are depressing.
See link for a clear discussion of the possible outcome of Fukushima.

Shocking to see the storage facility they built for all the water they pumped out already not to mention the inadequate ice wall they built..All that underground water flowing through there for years has been seeping in the ocean...Absolute stupidity to build a nuclear power plant on ocean front property in a constant earthquake zone with previous tsunami evidence..

The polarization of opinion on this topic is so thick you could cut it with a knife! I relish saying to anyone I can, usually in medical fields, that there is no such thing as a small amount of radiation, due to it's slow accumulation and destruction of living tissues.
As Kevin Blanch says though, talk is cheap but no action will make you sick and take off years of your life. I thought Daichi already dumped a huge portion of their old, leaking storage water tanks into the ocean? This is insane not to force the global PTB to do 'anything' else to get rid of the water. Dump it in the nuclear scientist-politicos' backyards!
