I will be tapering off (and have been) as the media
has picked up the coverage and the people that need to
be informed pretty much have been linked up to
information sources for these fires.
Last night, this fire came out of nowhere, and there
was just about no media coverage over what was going
on in an intensely dangerous situation, so I felt that
relaying information might be crucial, if even one
family member, friend or neighbor might be helped.
So, I apologize for the complete take over of the
board for a bit, and hope that other posters
understand under the circumstances.
I'll post any new or important updates occasionally,
but am hoping that the word is now well out and people
hooked up to what they need to be on these fires, so
that constant posting is no longer required.
Prayers to all in the path of danger...the fires are
still going, but most people that need to be out are
safely out now.

no apology necessary Red...so thankful for your postings to keep us updated!...it is just unheard of and heart breaking to think of all the people and critters and the res-ponders going through one more wild fire this year..
We were sooo close ourselves this year and were sweating it...just wish there was something we all could do besides praying ....thanks...kay
