it was a 23 acre fire, they got right on it, 100% contained. It's in Riverside county down south. Daughter and her X used to have a couple of acres in Temecula, beautiful avocado grove country.
Though I'm not on twitter, there's so much info coming in about these many fires from the "Calfire scanner" twitter feed at the link. Scrolling through it, see many new fires, evacuations near Santa Rosa, Napa, Lake Berryessa, wineries, all sorts of fires. Air support isn't happening because there's too much smoke, they can't even see where the fires are!!
Calling for any and all rain dances, prayers, change in weather, etc. Supposed to get east winds back Wednesday.

Thanks Sheila. I think I read it was 17 fires in one day. That's horrible, and yes the Rain song, prayers for all.
