It's hard to imagine what Houston and other cities are trying to dig out from. And, here comes Irma...
I knew an Irma. I worked with her for 10 years, for a couple of weeks each year. Ishhh. She was as cantankerous as they come. She was a hard worker, but get on her bad side.
So, what's the upside of this mega mess, first Harvey, and now Irma potentially dealing another blow?

All the hard working folks, those whom elitists tend to look down on, the blue collar workers, will be hired, building companies, all those small business in the building industry, will begin to thrive again. The clean up crews, the jobs that will suddenly become available to repair and restore. The sheetrock folks, the window companies, the lumber companies, the hammers, the tools, the list goes on and on....
Plummers, electricians,.. landscapers,...
Truckers hired to ship supplies, people hauling concrete in wheelbarrows,... Cleaning companies, ... roofing, appliance shops replacing every stove, refrigerator,...
The list that expands moment to moment will put food on some peoples tables that have been scrimping by. Misfortune brings a silver lining,...
And, in America, still, the can-do spirit is exemplified in the Texas-way. They may be down, but not out..

A friend of a friend who lives in Houston says the humidity is 99 percent, with a distinct smell of organic putrefaction in the air, not a pleasant scene AT'ALL. This person has a million dollar home that is now toast- :(

The bad news is that before construction happens, the reservoirs will take up to 3 months to drain, long after the houses that were sacrificed grow so moldy, forget recovering them. Texans are tough but not so tough, being human and all, that there won't be some serious suffering and ptsd going on. The clean up and true body count has just begun. I hope someone brings them some face masks and keeps the fresh water and food packs coming!

I agree, after I saw the MIMIC microwave anomalies, one to the W. of S. America, one to the E., towards the hurricane breeding spot, offshore W. Africa. Now there is a small storm passively sitting in the same area of the western GOM, right where 'new and improved' cloud seeding cartridges were launched, creating and pushing Harvey in a northwesterly direction, smack into Houston. Directed? Yes.

Don't ya think, it's almost like whoever is doing this, whether it be Russian and or China or ?, that they are saying, give us what we want, or see that little storm in the W. GOM? We could hit Houston, AGAIN. There were TWO cloud seeding events, one over Cuba (allegedly Russians) on Aug. 21 and one the U.S. did over the GOM on August 24. The arrogance of these scientists and global military groups is disgusting, i.e., 's*t for brains' if you ask me, even if geoengineering is still experimental and these are 'oops' results.

The globe is being run by THUGS, mark my words. Alas, if that's who is running the show, those who want to make money will do whatever is asked (a normal person response to military-totalitarian influence). As to IRMA, maybe it's payback meant to destroy CUBA for the cloud seeding with the Russians that caused Harvey? It looks like the Russia-Cuba connection of old is a live and well, mabye. I don't really know, just noodling here.

Hurricane season is a ripe opportunity for weather engineering experiments, no doubt. Weather engineering is like older laser weapon technology used to be, not so accurate in pointing. It used to be like little boys learning how to pee straight, creating unexpected consequences! I heard of one doozy that blows my mind, still. Now we are getting grown men directing their weather and laser 'pointers' at specific locations. I expect their 'aim' will get even more precise as time goes by. If the latter precision is true, then you have to figure out who will benefit from the disasters, besides vendors.

Look at where the hot water is at the link, to see where IRMA is going to pick up intensity! Unless, someone gets what they want, shall we say, and someone de-escalates the storm (if possible). You'll see that the hottest water is on the eastern side of Florida! I doubt Tampa will get the brunt but Cuba will be severely impacted when IRMA turns right naturally towards the hot water, the violet color seen offshore eastern Florida.
