and many others stepping up to the plate which is awesome....just hope that they have some people in place to get this 'to the people' and in a way that really helps them and doesn't get bogged down as the Katrina funds and Haiti funds did....

These people need serious assistance. Beyond the basics,
lost jobs, resettlement, illnesses due to stress, mold,
and away from the usual categories of food and shelter.
"Most people in the U.S. are living in financially
precarious circumstances. Half of all Americans have
nothing put away for retirement and the vast majority of
them have under $1,000 saved, total.
According to a 2016 GOBankingRates survey, 35 percent of
all adults in the U.S. have only several hundred dollars
in their savings accounts and 34 percent have zero. Only
15 percent have over $10,000 stashed away"

You get enough to pay your rent?
Most I know - do not.
Five of my friends are still working past 70 years old.
Old women who have worked all of their life.
Three of them are now in subsidized living.
Good Walmart should do something. Maybe they'll pay their workers next and let them unionize.
Walmart is unionized in Red Communist our good buddy China, but not here. I wouldn't by an Apple product if I could afford it.
