I think God wants us to figure this one out for
ourselves Chas...
I'm pretty sure when I make it to the Pearly Gates I'll
be asked why I didn't do more to address this insanity.

as i go through the day i think about how an elderly man
like me would be doing in Gaza. my 1 year old
granddaughter is well fed and cared for. what about one
year olds in Gaza. more and more folks should be
comparing their lives to their neighbors and helping
them if they can. we are only a flare away from living
like Gazans.

...actually much closer than that I suspect Chas.
When you don't have empathy (let alone understanding)
for all sides of the human equation, you are probably
well on your way for a major life lesson.
We are at a very major crossroads and to not properly
understand it and compassionately address it is
probably a huge mistake.
Everyone posting on EB is more than bright enough to
see it. Why do so many of us choose to ignore it?
What's so important to us that we would rather tear
each other down than put our hands out to pull each
other up?

There seems to be little Justice in this world. Maybe in the bigger scheme
it works out or maybe it just is what it is.

Yes Eve, guilty as charged. I hope you will keep that
a secret.
Considering the current state of affairs in this world,
God would probably prefer us to solve this rationally
and peacefully if possible, which it most certainly is
or He wouldn't have bothered to create the Earth or US.
I took the chance hoping that God would get to me
before others did.
Did I really do the wrong thing?
I suspect you and I actually agree on the topic I was
responding on with Charles.
Is it alright if we keep this to ourselves?
