Jesus never preached to ascertain political power.
You support attaining political power in order to rule
as to what you think "God" "wants".
That is not "God's" way. It never has been.

Personally living by the law of loving your neighbor
(the ten commandments falls under this) is wonderful.
Attempting to to legislate others to your beliefs is
quite another.
Religious history is full of the painful and bloody
consequences, the Catholic persecutions in England, the
Protestant persecutions in England, the Spanish
Inquisition, the Cathar atrocities....etc. That is not
to mention the historic and sustained persecution of the
Jews.
To reiterate, this is the reason our forefathers
separated state and religion.
Totalitarian leaders have used religious institutions to
consolidate power. Putin used it with the Greek Orthodox
Church to persecute gays.
Hitler used it to persecute Jews. Stalin used religion
to consolidate power and help himself politically for a
short time until he ascertained absolute power.
He then unleashed a ferocious anti-Christian persecution
Flynn and his crowd would also use it to persecute gays
among others under the guise of instituting a "true"
American religion This is what you posted that you
openly support.

Too many little souls never get a chance to reach life here on earth. I’ve
cried so many times when I hear of another abortion taking place. The
babies are alive in their Mother’s body but after they are separated- the
baby is in pieces to be sold for lots of money.
I do NOT know how these people sleep at night, much less look into a
mirror everyday. May God help them when their time comes to pass to
the other side of the Vail. Praying for the whole world.
Hope paty is doing better. She is still in my prayers Chas.
