Subject: what is your definition/opinion of what 'real christian' is.


when I was growing up going to church, my understanding was that is was a person who tried their best to 'be like' Jesus and follow his example.

The man I spoke about only considers a 'born again' christian like himself a
'real christian'. He said Jesus appeared to him in his kitchen. According to
him, one isn't a real christian without a personal invitation.

This is a person who's daughter killed herself by heroin overdose. She was
introduced to heroin by his now ex-wife, who is currently homeless. He is a
troubled soul trying to heal himself.
