Hey georg... ;) The clearest translations of that verse
state that "...the LORD our God is ONE..." -- rather
than "...the LORD our God is ONE LORD..."
The mystery held within the word *ONE* is the essence
of truth in that scripture...which anyone taking it in
through the filters of *fear of an angry God* will miss
entirely... ;)
Not intending to start a debate here, just wanted to
pipe up w/that for whatever private consideration you
choose to give it, if any... ;)
