thank you charles, good info and I also recommend that people inquire to herbalists/nephropathy/those who study plants for more information on dosage/interactions/etc for them personally. Luckily I have a friend who is an expert in all of this. Question Charles, 'who' is LUZ DE MARÍA? I don't know the story on her, thanks..kay

she seems to be authentic to me. she sees visions
from the Blessed Mother, Jesus and St Michael, the ark
