You just took me back down memory lane with your post...In my youth I had huge learning experience I call my gypsy journey....fancy free days. It was to El Paso (via an old beat up car) from WVA to stay with a girl friend and her dad for a short while....I thought I would be there longer but I did not like it much in El Paso though it was interesting. My friends dad he had an Indian Head motorcycle and he was rebuilding it (that was in late 70's) I don't know how old it was but it was old...seems it was 1920 something.....I often wonder is he ever got it up and running, he seemed to be having a good time trying. Of all the things I remember of it being a lot was in pieces were the embellishments on the image of the one above. I try to take a look at it later. ~ 🌴~ |
