Number 38 is the last number in the dreaming sequence. 32 was Sweden
becoming 32 member of NATO, 28 the day Helene hit “appalachian
mountains “ for some reason 38 parallel seems to pop into my head. And I
just realized Eve you and I had this same thought a few days ago!

I have a very ominous feeling that Hurricane Helene is a bad omen for
things to come. Tomorrow is Jimmy Carters birthday, which ties into my
hearing the “happy birthday to you” sung over and over and then seeing a
flash vision of Carter upon waking a few months ago. I traveled to the
beautiful Biltmore estate at the beginning of this month, on roads and
highways that are now destroyed. I had never been before nor had I heard
of it before,( a local person had been telling me about it) but had felt a
strong urgency to go. The grounds are gorgeous but the house held a very
oppressive feeling for me. I was hoping to go back in the spring. The
people there are gracious and warm hearted. I looked for a connection to
it and Carter and found this. The article was first written in honor of
George Washington birthday.
