The change was a victory for President Biden and a setback to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia, who had justified the Ukraine invasion as a warning against
NATO’s expansion.
MADRID — NATO’s top official said Tuesday that Turkey had dropped its objections to the membership of Sweden and Finland, two historically nonaligned nations that,
alarmed by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, have asked to join the military alliance.
Turkey’s reversal is a blow to President Vladimir V. Putin, who in justifying the invasion of his neighbor bitterly protested previous expansions of NATO — and
Ukraine’s efforts to join the alliance — as a threat to his country’s security.
Should Finland and Sweden be formally adopted into the alliance, as is widely expected, Russia will look across 800 miles of border with Finland at one of NATO’s
newest members.

FWIW regarding the third dream with the friend from Florida in it there is a June 29th through the 4th of July calendar date we share in terms of
remembrance...maybe something in terms of timing regarding that, maybe not...or it's something else not evident to me yet.
-->3. Third Dream of Putin March 3rd. (2019)
A military parade of sorts at night with a thin giant (at least 9 ft. tall at least maybe more) Swedish
female model with white blonde hair in a sharp bob cut with bangs....wearing ochre color long dress of
heavy fabric like canvas that was printed with red leafed wreaths that said RUSSIA in the middle in red
also. This flashed over and over as it was some parade yet this model was on the sidewalk which I guess
was her catwalk and showed up unexpected and took the attention away from the military parade going on
so the focus was on her....The scene was reran as on tape/t.v....not sure many times with ones trying to
figure out what she was all about showing up on a sidewalk beside the parade unexpected and a giant at
that.
The last image of her she had an Egyptian like (sphinx/king tut) shape head dress on of same fabric
except on the top center part above her forehead was a red leaf wreath and it had Putin's face in the
middle of it.
The last part was really odd...it had same one again as friend from Florida and my deceased dad after
the flesh and my stepmom who is alive and it was like Christmas and they brought me gifts ...but not
wrapped and the only thing I recall was a black check book size wallet/purse...(my stepmom was carrying
the gifts and gave them to me). I was wanting to show them this video that kept being rewound of the
parade with the tall model on the sidewalk that kept being replayed over and over ...on youtube I
guess...not sure being it was a dream....but I recall the t.v. was old time cathode ray tube t.v.

NATO Allies Sign Agreement Permitting Sweden, Finland to Join
NATO’s 30 members have signed an agreement that permits Sweden and Finland to join the military alliance.
The agreement was signed Tuesday during a NATO meeting in Brussels. The action came after NATO representatives meeting last week in Spain officially invited Sweden and Finland to join.
The legislatures in all alliance nations must approve the agreement before Sweden and Finland can be fully admitted into NATO. That process is expected to take up to a year.
Sweden and Finland, however, will be able to take part in NATO meetings and will be given greater access to NATO intelligence information.
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg called the signing "truly a historic moment." He added, "With 32 nations around the table, we will be even stronger."
The move further separates Russia from Europe after its invasion of neighboring Ukraine in February. Russia had repeatedly warned both countries against joining NATO. On March 12, Russia’s foreign
ministry said if the move went forward, "there will be serious military and political consequences."
Stoltenberg urged lawmakers in allied countries to quickly approve, or ratify, the agreement. "The security of Finland and Sweden is important for our alliance, including during the ratification process,"
he said.
Experts say getting parliamentary approval in Turkey could be problematic, although Sweden, Finland and Turkey held talks on the matter last week in Spain.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned that Turkish legislators could block the process. The lawmakers are concerned about how Sweden and Finland will deal with Turkish demands to extradite
people it considers terror suspects.
Erdogan said this issue could lead Turkey’s parliament to refuse to ratify the agreement. For the agreement to go into effect, all 30 member states must ratify it.
Stoltenberg said he does not expect Turkey to reject the deal. “There were security concerns that needed to be addressed. And we did what we always do at NATO. We found common ground,” he said.
