Barely awake, I had a split second image waking up. The
image was a black outline of TX on a white map. A
reddish brown circle or star in N TX showed the spot
where a horse farm owner had been told to kill ALL of his
horses! I thought wait, don't horses carry dormant
plague or ?. The area might be Joshua, a location with
lots of horse farms.
I might have been confusing the monkeypox with plague, a
bacteria not a virus. Monkeypox virus was here in the
states in 2003, not associated with horses though. CDC
has the history of monkeypox on its website. Doctors are
being told to check for rashes and lymph swelling,
especially on neck, shoulders, subclavicle, cervical, and
genitalia areas. Fwiw.

A friend suggested this might about killing horses for
meat or something that horses harbor. Ugh.
