Well it may have been a sign that Covid was indeed waiting at our door as we all got it.
It has been a mild, low dose of Covid. Bad enough tho. The symptoms were HA's, a running nose, very bad stomach problems and nausea (couldn't eat but a bit of soup for 2 weeks and water made me throw up ... craze enuff just could keep Coke), only slight breathing problems (not like when I had the accute pneumonia), a Covid tongue and total exhaustion. I have problems hearing now, my husband had speech difficulties and we all lost smell and taste sense. It's going into 4 weeks and both smell and taste aren't still restored.
So far we're doing ok again.

I’m so glad you are all recovering. Takes a long while for your sense
of smell to come back. And it may never be fully restored.
Aromatherapy helps with the connections of memory between the
nose and the brain. Take care! Hugs!

Wow mami...glad that your covid issue was mild...my son
and his friend adam both got it and it was a dizzy for
both of them. Almost killed them both...very very severe
for them. My son has type 1 diabetes with complications,
a brain tumour and leukemia which may have landed him
with a more severe case of it. Adam has autism but no
other health issues other than that.

I just read of MIS syndrome caused by covid as well so
may wanna watch for that too cos it can happen shortly
after having the covid virus...anti inflammatory essence
like advil or aleve help fight the imflammation I
read...best to error on the side of caution...just in
case...Both children and adults can get it as well..

Q and A regarding MIS syndrome...

....Like MIS-C, MIS-A is a serious condition that can
inflame some parts of the body, such as the heart, blood
vessels, kidneys, digestive system, brain, skin or eyes.
Inflammation typically includes swelling, often with
redness and pain.

Presently, the typical case is someone who comes in with
rapidly deteriorating multiorgan failure with little to
no respiratory symptoms. And the reason for that is
they've been infected within the past two to six weeks,
but they are not infected now. They have developed
antibodies, despite having been tested and showing
negative results. Unfortunately, it's not yet known what
causes this to occur and what can be done about it.

What makes the situation challenging is that people can
develop this multisystem inflammatory syndrome weeks
after the infection, during what appears to be recovery
mode. And that's an unusual thing for a viral
infection.snip...

Stay well peoples...knowledge is power btw!!!
